This list of congratulations is going to be long! So here goes:
Congratulations to Pearce Dermody, owner of CrossFit 4500, for entering his first weightlifting meet this past Sunday at the Jr Pan Ams and Reno International Qualifying Event. Pearce competed in the 94kg weight class and went 6 for 6 — 244lbs/111kg snatch and 312lbs/142kg clean&jerk. The clean&jerk ended up being a lifetime PR and his total ended up qualifying him for University Nationals in September. Oh, and he just accepted his invitation to the CrossFit Games Regionals for the South West region. So proud of him!
