Finishing the pull.
In a post with @dianefu, I mentioned about finishing the pull off with the shoulders. Often misunderstood as having to actively use the shoulders, it’s in fact an elevation of the shoulder blades.
So the difference between the snatch and the clean? The amount of extension you have to create. Still full extension but not to over pull in the clean.
