Complexes are a great way to capture certain qualities of the movement you are trying to develop. The goal is usually to drill a feeling so you can transfer that over to the main lift in question.
Spent 90min yesterday with 35kg getting the feeling of the bar “ramping” off my legs. The timing of this is difficult largely because any inaccuracy and the feeling produced isn’t a very full push into the bar. Need to continue working suppleness in my hips and low back so my legs can push through more fully without being inhibited.
