With a box name like CrossFit Love (@crossfitlovephilly), the day was destined to be great. NYC and Philly are a wrap! Great to meet all the athletes today and expose them to some new movement concepts.

What feels awesome for me is to see athletes from the general fitness, yoga, pilates, MMA communities start attending these seminars to get their first exposure to Olympic-style weightlifting. Today, we had an athlete Ron who snatch and clean&jerked for the very first time after learning the progressions and was moving well by the end of the day.
