In today’s episode, we continue our conversation from last week of what it means to be centered. Being centered during the pull allows an athlete to move the system with the most amount of efficiency allowing the energy that is spent to be directed at moving the barbell “straight” up. Today we talk about how to find it and begin the discussion on what it means for your set-up.
