Just starting to pick up the Olympic-style lifts? Break the lift down into manageable learning blocks for the body (and the brain). By reducing the length of the pull, you can make the lift less technical and less demanding on the body. This will allow you to focus on one part of the lift at a time and also build in enough volume without over taxing the system.
