Jon Wong (@iamjwjw) working timing of the cleans with Coach Wu (@wuchuanfu). According to Jon, adjustments that were made this time were a lower start position along with even faster sweeping of the lats.
For a technique that involves staying more centered over the base, lat involvement becomes critical for proper timing for those with longer femurs. If the lats are slow/late, the shoulders will pull behind the bar early as the bar reaches the explosion point making the finish with the legs exceedingly more difficult.
