Had my East coast twin @jexeones drop into town for some training today. Jess is a CrossFit competitor that has also been working with Coach Wu (@wuchuanfu) for this past year. Her programming from Coach Wu today involved a 5 x5 snatch at 80%. Yes, I almost died.
